   Call the Cash App automated instructions number (855) 351-2274. Cash App only has one contact number available for help, and it is automated. If you want to hear instructions over the phone, you can call the number and listen to an automated menu of topics. You may find a solution to your issue by listening to the step-by-step instructions.^[1]

   • If you would like to speak to a member of the Cash Support team, you will need to request contact through the app or on the Cash App website.

   Beware of scammers that might give out different numbers. Some websites will give out fake phone numbers and may try to collect your private or financial information.    Mail a letter to the Cash App Headquarters in San Francisco. If you can afford to wait for the mailing and response time, you can send a letter to the headquarters in California. Address your letter to: Cash App, 1455 Market Street Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94103.^[3]

   • You can write thank you at the end of the letter.

   Tap your profile icon on the Cash App home screen. You will need to be logged into your Cash App on your smartphone. Within your app on your mobile device, tap the circular profile icon in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a menu of options, including the option for “Cash Support.”^[4]

   Tip: Make sure your explanation is long enough. If your explanation is too short, you may receive a pop-up asking you to write more. Explain your issue in full detail.

   Log in to your account using your email or mobile number. Before you can receive personalised support, the Cash App website will ask you to provide your login information. It will then text or email you a confirmation code that you must enter in order to log in. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see a page titled “Something Else” with a list of common issues and topics.

   Tip: If you don’t have access to the email or phone number for your old account, create a new account and select “Contact Support” to help recover your old one.
