Absolutely terrible company todeal with. You would think being family owned and being ina small town this place would have more respect for agrieving family. However Yancey Funeral Home has made itvery clear the only thing they care about ismoney. Ifyou have your loved one here for service, Iwould recommend immediately choosing adifferent funeral home. This place only brings more grief and burden that they force onto the family. truly disgusting.

It istruly terrible how they choose tomonetize tragedies. They are cold and money hungry, almost like vultures waiting for the next topass.
Plenty ofhidden fees, breaks incontracts, and immoral business practices ensures they have ample opportunityto fill their pockets atevery opportunity. The Yancey Funeral Services istruly the last thing you would want todeal with ina time ofgrieving.00

Yancey Funeral Service isthe best funeral service probably intheUSA. Weare solucky tohave them inour small town. Mark, Charles, and Brittany toname afew have went above and beyond tomake the most hardest time inour lives easy.
